individual SPIRITUAL direction

A spiritual director offers spiritual companionship and guidance to help believers make sense of their faith journey, interpret with them the significant markers on the road and enocurage them, particularly through the more difficult transitions of their pilgrimage. The spiritual director is a fellow pilgrim and Christian, a co-discerner who helps foster prayerful attentiveness to God’s presence and the Holy Spirit’s movement in a person’s life. The directee discovers how to fully experience and cooperate with God toward increasing intimacy with Him, and greater responsiveness to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Personal Debriefing

Personal Debrief, based on Le Rucher’s Model, The Exchange at the Cross, is a five day structured debriefing model. It focuses on an individual’s personal journey and timeline, evaluating the facts, events and personal reactions and examines how the person has been affected. Personal Debrief is offered online and in-person.

Family Debrief is also available and it usually focuses on a family in transition.

Personal Debriefing Retreats

A Personal Debriefing Retreat runs for five days and offers the opportunity for Christians to process their experiences of trauma, crisis and loss, life transitions and culture shock in a structured way and guided by trained facilitators. Through this process debriefees often experience a fresh encounter with God. The retreats are offered in person or online.

Christian Individual COACHING

Christian individual formation coaching is the relationship between a coach and coachee intended to help the coachee learn to recognize stages of faith, barriers to growth, how to progress in knowing and following Christ. A really good coach is masterful at “staying in the questions”, prompting clients to listen to and express their hearts and minds, their core values — what Scripture would call “the desires of their hearts.”

As believers journey through transitions in life—whether it’s the beginning of a new career, an ‘empty nest’ season or life after divorce, being confronted with change often leaves people feeling stuck, confused, and frustrated—making it difficult to see the positive opportunities that may lie ahead. I help my clients get ustuck and move forward in the midst of life and career transitions.

Online Group spiritual Formation Coaching

For the women finding themselves longing for a vision of a joyful and fulfilling life in the midst of a season that feels stressful and isolating, this is an invitation to experience the kind of formation that only happens in community. In this online group coaching, Denisa will guide a small group of women in examining and re-orienting their thoughts and inner narratives toward God and wholeness.

The online groups will meet twice per month over a period of three months for Christian group coaching. Stay tuned for the next starting dates!

Individual or Group Guided Silence Retreat

Over the course of two to three days, Denisa will accompany you on a guided retreat involving a daily one-to-one spiritual direction session. Each day, short reflections will be offered. Additional information will be sent at the time of booking. The individual guided silent retreats are offered online only. The group guided silent retreats are offered both in-person and online.
